Exceptional experience. Great competitive products but what really sets Kaleb and his crew apart is many fold- exceptional service, can do attitude, reliability both in showing up and concise prompt communication, tidy and well organised, high quality product and work, great team work. Kaleb and his team have done a superb job installing and commissioning our new SolarEdge inverter incl SolarEdge battery + a set of new AIKO panels. System and monitoring works like a treat exceeding our expectations. What stands out is his approach NOT TO JUST SELL a new system. Last year, we had lightning surge damage on our old inverter/PV system and while NO ONE (not even our original installer and other SolarEdge certified installers in the area incl Gold Coast) was keen to pursue REPAIR as an alternative - everyone focused on SELLING us a new system - Kaleb came out to Uki and fixed it. We have moved on since then and this year decided to step up capacity and technology. And Kaleb/Safe Smart Energy was of course our first choice to do the job.
